Refund policy

Tag Safari wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please return any Unworn, Unused products in their Original Packaging with all Labels within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
Shipping Costs are not refundable, unless Tag Safari after inspecting the returned product, determines that the product has a factory defect. 

 

Defective Products:

Our facilities and team members employ strict quality controls and monitoring.  In rare cases, you may receive an item that appears to be defective. If so, please call Team TAG Customer Service at 1-800-824-2703 or send an email to orders orders@tagsafari.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
