Shipping Damage:
If you receive our items and the packaging is damaged, please take ample photographs with your mobile phone of the damaged areas and resulting damage to the product immediately.
Within 24 hours of receiving or sooner, please contact the Fedex or USPS to report the Damaged Package, then contact TAG Safari to report the damaged package, email the pics of the damaged packaging and contents, and send us your message with details to orders@tagsafari.com.
