Absolutely outstanding customer service
belt looks great, customer service went above and beyond my expectations to help me return for a longer one. belt size is measured in direct length. i wear a 36" pants waist but need a 38" belt. had to return the 36 for a 38 and customer service went through so much to get it back to me asap. absolutely impressed. excellent job.
